According to data from forest soil of east slope, Gongga mountain, Qinghai - Tibet Platean, the content, the distribution and effecting factors of elements in soil were analyzed. The results show that in four soils, the content distributions of macro nutrients such as organic matter represent a trend decreasing top to bottom, it also varies with different forests. Furthermore, the content of macro nutrients is higher than that in higher and lower altitudes but it is lower in the middle altitude. The content of B, Cu, Zn, Fe is much lower than their critical values. Except for Mn, the content of B, Cu, Zn, Fe was decreased from top to bottom.
