摘要
本文从"干中学"效应分析入手,研究了发展中国家技术进步学习机制。也就是要研究发展中国家通过学习型的投入及其相关的方式促进技术进步的作用机制。本文得出的结论是:这种技术进步的方式有其临界点,在临界点附近后发优势和后发劣势可以相互转化,并且技术的学习效率是递减的,最终会停止。这时发展中国家只有自主研发才能保证技术的持续进步。
The paper does research into the mechanism of 'learning by doing' in promoting technological progress in developing countries. The conclusion is as follows: there is a critical point in the process of technological progress, the advantages and the disadvantages of late-development can converse to each other beyond the critical point. The learning efficiency of the technolgical progress will decrease successively and finally stops. In order to keep the technological progress continually, the developing countries have to carry out the self-research and development.
