摘要
利用选育的耐酸耐高温酵母Q-10,采用甜高粱秸秆固态发酵生产燃料乙醇。当接种量为5%,发酵温度34℃,发酵起始pH4.0,糖化酶和纤维素酶用量分别为50U/g原料和20U/g原料,发酵周期4d时,乙醇体积分数达到6.5%。小试试验乙醇体积分数达到6.4%。工业试验乙醇体积分数达到6.0%。
In this paper, an acid-resistant and high-temperature resistant yeast strain was used to solid-state fermentation (SSF) for fuel ethanol by using sorgo straws as material. The optimal SSF conditions by using sorgo straw powder are 4.0 of initial pH, 34℃ of fermentation temperature, 5% of yeast application amount ,4d of fermentation period, dosage of saccharification power is 50U per gram raw material and dosage of cellulase is 20U per gram raw material. In these conditions, the ethanol concentration in the medium reached to 6.5% .In small-scale production, the ethanol concentration in the medium reached to 6.4% and in industrial production, the ethanol concentration in the medium reached to 6.0%.
