摘要
运用植物细胞工程技术,诱导玫瑰香、胜利的花丝产生胚性愈伤组织,建立悬浮细胞系,获得不同发育阶段的胚状体;采用0.2%~0.6%的秋水仙素溶液处理不同发育阶段的胚状体96h,获得玫瑰香、胜利四倍体植株,经田间观察和细胞学鉴定,确认为同质四倍体新种质。
Apply plant cell engineering techniques,induce the filaments of Muscat Hamburg and Pabieda to produce plumular callus and to set up a suspension cell system and thus obtain plumular substances in different stages.Then soak the plumular substances in different stages in 0.2%~0.6% colchicine solution for 96 hours and acquice the tetraploid plant of Muscat Hamburg and Pabieda which has been confirmed as a new kind of solid tetraploid through field observation and appraisement of cytology.
