摘要
目的测定泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体和(或)人型支原体感染对13种抗生素的敏感性。方法用美国其昌达生物高科技(上海)有限公司生产的解脲脲原体和(或)人型支原体培养鉴别定量药敏试剂盒,对泌尿生殖道标本支原体培养阳性进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果解脲脲原体阳性的163例对美满霉素、强力霉素和交沙霉素敏感性高,分别为97.55%、95.70%和90.18%;人型支原体阳性的7例对美满霉素、强力霉素和交沙霉素敏感性高,分别为85.72%,85.72%和42.86%;解脲脲原体和人型支原体均为阳性的93例对美满霉素、强力霉素和交沙霉素敏感性高,分别为89.25%,89.25%和53.76%。耐药性高的分别是林可霉素、壮观霉素、罗红霉素和环丙沙星。结论在解脲脲原体与人型支原体感染时以美满霉素、强力霉素和交沙霉素作为治疗首选药物。
Objective To determine the susceptibilith of the ureaplasma urealyticum and uycoplasma hominis in the urogenital tract to the 13 kinds of antimicrobial agents. Methods To use the ureaplasma urealyticum ＆ mycoplasma hominis culture, identification, counting, sensitivity kit from the Quick Da Biology High. Tech （shanghai） Co. LTD accredits the types of ureaplasma urealyticum ＆ mycoplasma hominis positive and take the drug sensitive test. Results The higher drug susceptibility of 163 ureaplasma urealyticum positives are minocycline, deoxycycline and josamycin. The rate is 97.55% , 95.70% and 90. 18% resprectively. The higher drug susceptibility of 7 mycoplasma hominis positives are minocycline, deoxycycline and josamycin. The rate is 85.72% , 85.72% and 42.86% resprectively. The higher drug susceptibility of 93 ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis positives are minocycline, deoxycycline and josamycin, The rate is 89.25% , 89.25% and 53.76% resprectively. The higher rate of the drug resistance is differently lincomycin, spectinomycin, roxithromycin and ciprofloxacin. Conclusion The minocycline, deoxycycline and josamycin are the first choice to theat urogenital tract infection of ureaplasma urealyticum ＆ mycoplasma hominis.
