摘要
从凹凸棒石黏土(凹土)酸化入手,进行了酸化凹土吸附Cr6+的实验研究。结果表明,酸化凹土对水中Cr6+的吸附性能受pH值和吸附剂用量等因素的影响。酸化凹土对Cr6+的等温吸附曲线同时符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程,而原土对Cr6+的等温吸附曲线符合Freundlich方程。酸化凹土对Cr6+的吸附力大于原凹土对Cr6+的吸附力。用酸化凹土对含Cr6+的电镀废水处理,能够使其达到排放标准。
The experiment has been done for adsorption of Cr^6+ by acid-treatment palygorskite, The result shows that the adsorption is affected by amount of adsorbent and aqueous pH. The adsorption curve of Cr^6+ by acid-treatment palygorskite conforms with Langmuir equation or Freundlich equation, and that by original palygorskite conforms with Freundlich equation. Adsorption affinity of acid-treatment palygorskite is stronger than that of original palygorskite. And acid-treatment palygorskite can be used in treating electric plating wastewater, and the indexes after adsorption have met the requirement of National Standard of Wastewater Discharge.
