摘要
结合国内固井界普遍存在的问题,提出今后国内固井研究的主攻方向为:①固井液新材料技术:开展固井新材料基础研究,研究可固化多功能钻井液、抗腐蚀水泥体系及具有变形协调能力的水泥体系,特别是从水泥水化微观角度出发提出的水泥石基质塑化增韧思想设计具有长期层间封隔效能及较强力学形变能力的全新“水泥环”将是固井新材料发展的新方向;②井下工具技术:开展变径扶正器、可旋转水泥头及与柔管钻井完井配套的小尺寸固井工具研究,以及开展机电一体化与计算机自动控制作业装备的研究,实现井下工具与地面装备的专业化与自动化;③远程控制与决策支持系统:开展仿真模拟及卫星通讯在固井领域的应用研究,建立专家知识系统实现在线诊断、远程控制及人机交互;④复杂井及特殊结构井固井工艺技术:开展深井与超深井、特殊轨迹井、小间隙井等特殊工艺井的固井工艺研究。新材料、新工具、新工艺及计算机辅助工程将是固井学科发展的新方向,固井水泥环对油气井寿命的影响将越来越受到人们的重视。
Based on the existent problems in cementing in China, the future developing trends of cementing technologies are put forward in this paper: (1)New material technologies in cementing: the fundamental research on new cementing materials such as solidifiable multifunctional drilling fluids, anti-corrosion cement system and the cement system with compatibility of deformation, especially it is the new developing trend that matrix plasticizing concept about cement stone can design the novel “cement sheath” which can increase the mechanical deformability of cement sheath and ensure the long-term zonal isolation. (2)Downhole tool techniques: study the centralizer with changeable diameter, rotating cement head and small dimensional cementing tools related to flexible tubing drilling and completion. Study electromechanical integration and automatic computer control operation equipments to realize the specialization and automation of downhole tools and surface equipments.(3)Remote control and decision supporting system: study the application of simulation and satellite communication in cementing and establish the expert system to realize online diagnosis, remote control and the Human-computer interaction. (4)Cementing technologies in complicated and special construction well: study the cementing techniques for deep well and super-deep well, special track well, close clearance well, etc. New materials, new tools, new technologies and computer-aided engineering are the new developing trends of cementing, and the influence of cement sheath on the life of oil/ gas well recovery will be paid increasing attention.
