摘要
本文首先分析了国防工业发展中存在的问题,阐明了陕西国防工业健康发展的前提是:军品生产规模是优化的,依据这些分析,给出了三种模式及适合我国和国防工业的发展模式。在此基础上,建立了测算最优规模的理论模型,并用该模型测算了陕西国防工业的最优规模数量界限。本文的结论对陕西国防工业发展有重要决策参考价值。
This paper firstly analyzes the status of Shanxi defence industry development and the existing problems, and explains that the development should be in opitimal scale. Based on those analysis results, three development patterns and the pattern suitable for China and Shanxi have been gained. Further more, we propose a theoretical model which is used to compute the opitimal scale and predict the numerical limitation of Shanxi defence industry. The conclusion of the research gives a decision reference on development of Shanxi defence industry.
