摘要
大量的现代研究表明，阿司匹林（ASA）能显著降低心肌梗死、急性冠状动脉综合征、稳定性心绞痛患者的心血管事件，显著改善患者的预后。但有研究发现，许多可能会从中获益的患者并没有接受阿司匹林的治疗或虽然使用但治疗剂量不足。我们在日常的门诊工作中也发现了类似的问题．故笔者作了随机抽样调查，以希望引起广大医生，尤其是社区医生、基层医生以及非心内科医生的关注。
