摘要
笔者以企业的中层领导者为研究对象,在西方领导理论研究的基础上,总结了影响领导绩效的七个因素即领导特质、领导风格、努力程度、任务特性、权力大小、下属能力和内部环境;建立了绩效影响因素和评价指标的关系模型。在关系模型的基础上设计了调查问卷,选取江苏省40家企业的200个样本进行领导者和下属的配对调查,利用SPSS统计软件对调查数据进行统计分析和研究,得出了模型系数。
The middle- level leaders of enterprises are studied in this artide. Based on the Leadership theoretical studies in the West, the seven factors trait,behaviour,the position power, effort, subordinate character, mission identity and organizations identity which impact leadership performance are summed up, the three perspectives, task performance, management performance and peripheral performance to evaluate leadership performance are presented,and the model to describe the relationship between impact factors and evaluation indicators is also established. According to the model, the questionnaires were designed and the matching investigations between the middle level leaders and their subordinates have been implemented in the 200 samples from 40 enterprises in Jiangsu Province. On SPSS statistical software analysis and reseaw& from the survey data,the model's factors are got.
