摘要
本文在对河南中原地区农村中小学布局调整情况调研的基础上,反思了当地农村中小学布局调整的成功经验和存在的问题,并就如何促进农村中小学布局调整健康发展提出了三点建议:建立农村中小学教育投入保障体系;大力加强农村中小学标准化建设;结合人事制度改革,优化教职工队伍结构。
This essay, on the basis of school distribution research on the Central Plain rural schools, summarizes the experiences and problems, puts forward three proposals：set up a guarantee investment system for rural schools;increase the construction of standard schools in the rural areas, optimize the teaching staff structure on the basis of the reform of the personnel system.
