摘要
本文通过对山西部分高校体育教师现状的调查分析,提出了他们现存的某些问题,探索了未来高校体育教师培养的方向,以适应新世纪高校体育发展的要求,并在此基础上提出了一些解决的方法及改善的意见。
This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of physical education teachers in some universities of Shanxi, and indicated their development trend. It stated some extant questions of physical education teachers, then put forward some settlement methods and improved suggestions on this base.
