摘要
目的:研究齿痛消炎灵片的含量测定方法学。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,进行该制剂的有效成分橙皮苷的含量测定研究。结果:平均回收率99.18%,RSD=0.44%。结论:HPLC法测定橙皮苷含量方法简便,快捷,效果良好,可以作为质量控制指标。
Objective ：To Study the content determination methodology of Chi Tong Xiao Yah Ling tablet. Methods To study the content determination of Hesperidin in Chi Tong Xiao Yah Ling tablet by HPLC. Results ：The recovery was 99.18%, RSD was 0.44%. Conclusion ： The method is simple, quickly, accuracy, and the effect is good. The method can be used as the quality control target.
