摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合方法治疗颅脑外伤精神障碍的疗效。方法:将300例颅脑外伤后出现精神症状的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组给予抗精神病西药制剂并联合应用黄芪注射液、血府逐瘀胶囊等。对照组单纯应用抗精神病西药制剂。采用阳性症状及阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率91%,对照组治愈率76%,治疗组较对照组抗精神病药物需用量明显减少。结论:提示抗精神病西药制剂联合应用黄芪注射液、血府逐瘀胶囊等中西医结合方法治疗脑外伤性精神障碍有见效快、疗效确切、缩短病程及抗精神病药物用药量少、副作用减少的特点。
Objective ：To investigate the effectiveness of TCM and western medicine integrative therapy in the treatment of mental disorder induced by craniocerebral injury. Methods ： 300 cases patients with mental disorder after craniocerebral injury were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The patients of treatment group were treated by HUANGQI injection and XUFUZHUYU capsule as well as western medicine. The patients of control group were treated only by western medicine. The clinical effectiveness is measured by positive and negative syndrome standard （PANSS）. Results ： The curing rates of treatment group and control group are 91%, 76%, respectively. The patients of treatment need less dosage of western medicine than control group. Conclusions ： The TCM and western medicine integrative therapy has specific effectiveness in the treatment of mental disorder induced by craniocerebral injury , and can shorten the course of disease reduce the dosage of western medicine.
