板坯连铸凝固过程的数值模拟 被引量:10

SIMULATION OF THE SLAB SOLIDIFICATION DURING CONTINUOUS CASTING PROCESS

摘要 利用非线性有限元软件MARC,建立板坯连铸凝固过程的数学模型。利用板坯连铸过程控制软件及运行数据库中的数据作为输入条件,计算了铸坯断面的温度、坯壳厚度等,并与原有系统的结果对比,两者基本吻合,此模型可用于深入分析连铸坯凝固机理及优化连铸工艺参数。 A numerical model for the solidification process of slab continuous casting was built by nonlinear finite element software MARC. The temperature distribution on the transverse section of slab and its shell thickness during solidification were calculated by inputting some data and formula adopted from the software and database into this model. The analysis result was consistent with that of the original system. The model could be used for analyzing the solidification process and optimizing the technical parameters of slab continuous casting.
