摘要
在950-1100℃高温下,铁基高铬镍(硅)系奥氏体热稳定钢兼有优良的热稳定性和良好的物理力学性能。为节省昂贵的镍元素,研制了铁铬锰(硅)系Cr12Mn18Si3TiRe奥氏体钢,其高温、常温机械性能略优于3Cr18Ni25Si2钢,但其热稳定性能尚嫌不足,仅达到抗氧化性2级;该钢经采用熔渗铝硅处理后,可简便廉价且可靠地提高热稳定性能,达到完全抗氧化性(1级),并有良好的抗硫化性能。
At the temperature of 950 - 1100 ℃, the high FeCrNi(Si) austenitic steel showed a better heat-stability and mechanical properties as well. The FeCrMn (Si) heat-stable steel (Crl2MnlSSi3TiRe) was developed for saving the expansive Ni element. Its mechanical properties at high temperature and normal temperature were better than that of 3CrlSNi25Si2 steel, but the stability was still insufficient, e.g., its oxidation resistance was only grade 2. By the melt dip silicon-aluminizing process, the heat-stability of the Crl2MnlSSi3TiRe steel was enhanced to complete oxidation resistance (grade 1) conveniently, economically and reliably.

张光渊,男,浦钢科技中心高级工程师。曾任52研究院科技委员,江西省兵工学会理事。毕生从事新合金钢种研制和生产,历任装甲钢、合金结构钢、耐热钢、壳体和发射架用超高强度钢以及大型管线用钢(UOE成型)等十数项国家和部级重点课题研究组长和课题组长。作为主要负责人之一研制的601无镍装甲铸钢于1965年获首届国家发明一等奖。
