摘要
采用CHR207、CHR227和CHR237堆焊焊条,通过手工电弧焊工艺在45钢基体上进行堆焊试验;对获得的不同堆焊金属的显微组织进行了分析,并讨论了合金元素对堆焊层金属显微组织的影响。结果表明,堆焊层金属的显微组织与堆焊焊条的合金成分及含量有关,也与焊条熔敷金属中硬质相的类型、性能及分布等有关;合金元素钼、钒对堆焊金属晶粒的细化作用效果明显。
Surfacing process was conducted by shielded metal arc welding process on 45 steel substrate using electrodes CHR207, CHR227, CHR237 under the same welding conditions. The analyses on microstructure of deposited metals were made, and the effect of alloy elements on the microstructure of deposited metal was discussed. The results show the microstructure of the deposited layers depended on the kind of electrode used as well as the type, performance and distribution Of hardening particles. The alloy elements such as Mo, V have distinct effect on the deposited metal grain refinement.
