摘要
在无溶剂条件下,制备了一种羧基化聚醚有机硅表面活性剂CPES。用IR和1HNMR对CPES结构进行了表征,并对其临界胶束浓度(CMC)、表面张力(γ)、与非离子表面活性剂配伍后的浊点改变及对氨基硅油的乳化性能进行了测定。结果表明,CPES有良好的表面活性,其CMC为4μmol/L,γCMC为32.58 mN/m;与非离子表面活性剂TX-10和AEO-8配伍后,当w(CPES)分别达到37.5%、50%时,体系浊点消失;将其与阳离子氨基硅乳(氨值为0.3、0.6 mmol/g)复配后,乳液在3000 r/min离心15 min的条件下稳定,浊点可提高到100℃以上。
In the absence of solvent, a kind of carboxyl modified polyether polysiloxane surfactant (CPES) was prepared. Chemical structure of CPES was characterized by IR and ^1HNMR. CPES exhibited excellent surface-active properties: the CMC of CPES solution was 4 μmol/L, the γCMC of CPES solution was 32.58 mN/m, and when CPES was mixed with TX - 10 or AEO - 8, the cloud points of the systems containing w(CPES) 37.5% or 50% disappeared. Moreover,the micro-emulsion of CPES with amino functionated silicone of 0.3 or 0. 6 mmol/g amino content was stable after centrifugated at 3 000 r/min for 15 minutes ,and the cloud point was raised from 40 ℃ to over 100 ℃.
