摘要
首先介绍了由于管道工业的发展,管道施工工程控制与管理的重要性,进而重点介绍了油气管道施工工程的控制与管理,包括长输管道工程建设施工阶段的进度控制,HSE准则,工程建设施工阶段的质量控制,管道施工现场质量保证和质量控制以及施工成本控制。
Firstly the importance of construction projects on oil ＆ gas pipelines as pipeline industry was introduced in this paper. Then the control and management of construction projects of oil ＆ gas pipelines were mainly discussed, including the control of progress of long - distance pipelines, HSE rules, quality control of the project, the quality assurance and control on the spot of construction and the cost control of construction respectively.
