摘要
目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:79例冠心病合并高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予复方丹参滴丸10粒/次,3次/d,洛伐他汀20～40mg/次,1次/d;对照组给予洛伐他汀20～40mg/次,1次/d,均用药12周。结果:治疗组的心绞痛有效率90.5%,明显高于对照组的54.0%;治疗组的ECG总有效率83.3%,明显高于对照组的40.5%,均有显著差异。结论:复方丹参滴丸结合洛伐他汀治疗冠心病并高血脂患者疗效好,副作用小,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective： To observe the curative effects of compound danshen drop pills in treating coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipemia. Methods： 79 cases of such patient were divided into therapeutic group （42 cases） and control group （37 cases）. 10 grains of compound danshen drop pills （t. i. d. ） and 20-40mg lovastatin（q, d. ） were given in the therapeutic group, 20-40mg lovastatin（q, d. ）was given in the control group. Continuous medication was 12 weeks. Results.. In the therapeutic group, remission rate of angina was 90. 5%, and the responsive rate of ECG was 83.3%. In the control group, 54. 0% patients showed angina release, and the responsive rate of ECO was 40. 5%. Hemorrheology indices of compound danshen drop pills therapy group＇ were significantly different from that of the control group. Conclusion： Compound danshen drop pills combined with lovastatin is a efficient and safe therapy for coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipemia. It is worth spreading in clinical practice.
