摘要
断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合症(PMW S)是由猪圆环病毒2型(PCV 2)引起的一种疾病。对来源于广西各区域15个猪场内经过PCR检测PCV 2为阳性的PMW S病猪的器官组织进行病理组织学观察,结果显示:淋巴结和脾脏中的淋巴细胞明显减少,淋巴滤泡结构消失,其间有明显的组织细胞增生。脾小体结构不明显,有部分病例明显观察到嗜酸性细胞浸润;混合感染猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的病例其淋巴结尚见有局灶性坏死区以及明显的充血;肺呈支气管周围炎及间质性肺炎变化,肺泡壁Ⅱ型细胞肿胀,变圆,巨噬细胞数量增多,继发细菌性感染的病例在支气管内尚见有明显的嗜中性粒细胞浸润;肝细胞变性坏死,尤其在肝小叶区,见多核聚集现象;肾小管不同程度萎缩、坏死,间质明显水肿。
Postweaning muhisystemic wasting syndrome （PMWS） is a disease that cause from porcine circovrus type 2 （PCV2）. The natural cases of PMWS in postweaning pigs were obtained from some areas of Gnangxi. And PCV2 was positive. The lesion materials were detected by light microscope. The results showed that the histopathology of lymph nodes and spleens displayed severe lymphocyte depletion with loss of the follicular architecture, and hyperplasis of histiocytic cells. The structure of spleen became ambiguous and infiltrated by eosinophil cells in some cases. In the cases of PCV2 co-infected with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV）, muhifocal and necrotic areas, and congestion were fouwnd were found. Changes in lungs were bronchia pneumonia and interstial pneumonia, type Ⅱ alveolar cells swelled, rounded and infiltrated by macrophage cells. In the cases of secondary infection with bacteria, the bronchia was infiltrated by neutrophil cells, and the liver shown denaturalization and necrosis, muhinucleate cells congregation; a variable degree atrophy, necrosis and interstitial edema occurred clearly in renal tubule.
