摘要
采用火焰光度计法对引入青海省乐都县152只小尾寒羊红细胞钾浓度的多态性特征进行了研究。结果表明:①在红细胞钾浓度位点上存在高血钾(HK)和低血钾(LK)两种表型,以HK为优势表型(占80.26%);②Kh和K1等位基因频率分别为0.8959和0.1041,以Kh为优势等位基因;③基因杂合度、有效等位基因数和基因纯合度指数分别为0.18651、.2293和0.6269。
A hundred and fifty two Han- sheep with small tail introduced into Ledu county of Qinghai Province were used to investigate the polymorphism of erythrocyte potassium concentration by means of a flame photometry. The results were as follows: (1) There were both high(HK) and low(LK) blood potassium phenotypes on the locus of erythrocyte potassium concentration, and the HK type was a preponderant phenotype. (2)The frequencies of K^h and K^1 alleles were 0. 8959 and 0. 1041 and the allele of K^h was a preponderant allele. (3)The index of gene heterozygosity, effective number of alleles and gene homogeneity was 0.1865,0.2293 and 0.6269, respectively.
