摘要
为了评估NEPE推进剂全尺寸发动机在经受弹射和飞行振动载荷下的安全性,在不同试验条件下进行了NEPE推进剂165 mm发动机的振动试验。理论分析认为,NEPE推进剂全尺寸发动机在振动条件下因药柱温度升高及静电积聚而发生危险的可能性很小,通过相关试验验证了该结论,说明采用NEPE推进剂165 mm发动机进行全尺寸发动机振动安全性评估可行。
In order to evaluate vibration safety of the full-scale motor with NEPE propellant during the launching and flying process ,vibration tests for Ф165 mm NEPE propellant motors under different test conditions were conducted. The theoretical analysis shows that the full-scale NEPE propellant motors under vibration test conditions impossibly generate danger due to temperature increase and electrostatic accumulation of grain. The conclusion was verified by related tests. The results show that the method that Ф165 mm NEPE propellant motors are used for evaluating vibration safety of the full-scale NEPE propellant motors is feasible.
