摘要
本文分析了影响档案工作者健康状况的因素,探讨了改善档案环境,加强档案工作者劳动保护的措施,提出应对档案工作者更多的人文关怀,构建一个和谐健康的工作环境。
It analyzed the factors of influence on archivists＇health and discussed the measures to improve the environment. The writer propose that the leaders should pay more attention to staff ＇s health and establish a comfortable working surroundings.
