摘要
以计算流体力学软件FLUENT为工具,运用数值模拟方法,对燃气快速热水器燃烧进行研究。计算和分析了燃气快速热水器内的温度分布,以及燃烧过程CH4、O2等各组分的浓度分布,同时改变过剩空气系数进行计算,观察其对燃烧情况的影响。数值模拟的结果对热水器的设计和实际运行有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
Numerical simulation has been used to study instantaneous gas water heater in combustion characteristic, based on a kind of CFD software FLUENT. The results of numerical simulation are presented and analyzed. Special attentions are paid to the following points: the water heater temperature distribution, oxygen species concentrations, carbon dioxide concentrations and NOx emission. The impact on combustion by changing coefficient of the excessive air is given. The simulation results can be used to guide the design and operation of gas water heater.
