摘要
后置处理是数控加工编程技术的关键之一,MasterCAM后置处理文件是一种可以由用户以回答问题的形式自行修改的文件。针对MasterCAM四轴加工方式的后置处理中的缺陷,修改了相应的后置处理算法,介绍了如何将基于MasterCAM的四轴加工的PST后处理文件修改成为满足特定数控系统要求的后处理文件的方法与技巧。
Post processing is one of the key technologies in NC machining. In MasterCAM, post processing is realized by a document modified by the user interactive. Aiming at 4 - axes synchronous machining mode of MasterCAM, it presents the post processing algorithm. This method is reformed by modifying a normal PST file of 4 - axes synchronous machining with MasterCAM to a specified NC system.
