摘要
使人人享有参与高等教育和社会资源竞争的公平机会,是高考制度存在的根基。在高等教育供需矛盾仍较突出的情况下,高考制度的根基并未被动摇,其存在具有坚实的社会基础。高考具有多项社会功能,并产生重大的社会影响。高考所具有的公平意蕴、复杂功能与重大影响,无不夯实和力证了其存在的社会“立基”与合理性。我们需要做的,不是动辄以激越的情绪批判高考,而是以全面、冷静、客观的态度,理性地评价、认识与改革之。
The existence of College Entrance Examination System in China is based on its equity for everyone to compete for higher education opportunity and social resources. Despite the outstanding conflict between higher education supply and demand, the foudation of college entrance exmianation remains unshakable and there exists solid social basis. This system has social multifunction, as well as important social influence. The equity connotation,com- plex functions and huge influence the College Entrance Examination demonstrates show its rationality of existence. What we need to do is reasoningly evaluating, understanding and reforming it in a round, sober,and objective manner, instead of emotionally and freewheelingly criticizing it.
