摘要
当前,住房市场已成为社会各界关注的焦点。如何分析判断我国住房市场的现状和存在的问题,如何把握住房市场的发展趋势,显得尤为重要。本文从供给、销售两个方面分析了我国住房市场的现状,并对其主要发展趋势作出了分析和预测,最后提出了中国住房市场应持续关注的问题。
At present, the housing market has been a focus of Chinese society. It is very important to analyse and grasp the current situation, existing problems and the developmental trend of the housing market. This paper analyses the current situation of Chinese housing market from supply and sale, predicts its main developmental trend, and then puts forward some subjects that Chinese housing market should concern continuously.
