摘要
本文报道1例晚期癌痛患者使用全植入可编程吗啡泵的安装及治疗经过,历经800日的治疗,加注吗啡9次,镇痛效果良好,不良反应少,并说明该泵的治疗机制、适应证及优点。结论认为全植入可编程吗啡泵蛛网膜下腔注药用于癌痛治疗,镇痛效果好,副作用少,极大地提高了癌痛患者的生活质量。
One case with late cancer pain treated with a programmable morphine pump implanted in subaraehnoid space was reported. The analgesic effect was excellent with less side reactions after replenishing the pump for 9 times through 800 days. It is concluded that the analgesic effect of implanting programmable morphine pump in subarachnoid space is good as well as improved life quality. The technique ,mechanism, indications and notices of this method were discussed.
