少数民族问题是尼日利亚民族问题的一个重要类型,它常与良政、少数民族权利、环境保护等热门话题联系在一起,因而不可避免地引起尼日利亚国内外广泛关注。尼日尔河三角洲少数民族问题的类型,可分为该地区少数民族同政府、石油公司之间的冲突,以及该地区少数民族之间的冲突三类,其原因在于石油收益分配不均、少数民族边缘化,以及环境污染等多重因素。尼日尔河三角洲少数民族问题不仅对尼日利亚政治、经济和社会等方面产生了深刻影响,而且对地区局势、世界经济和国际关系都可能产生一定影响。
The issue of ethnic groups is an important type of Nigeria nation issue in Nigeria. It is usually related to such issues as good governance, rights of ethnic groups and environment protection, so it was cared both by Nigeria and abroad. There are three basic varieties of the issue of the ethnic groups in the region of Niger River Delta: the conflicts between the ethnic groups and government, the conflicts between the ethnic groups and the oil companies, the conflicts inside the ethnic groups. The causes are as follows: the unfair distribution of the oil interests, the political mistreatment to the ethnic groups, the environment pollution etc. The issue of ethnic groups in region of Niger River Delta has exerted profound influence on Nigeria’s political, economic and social lives, and it also has brought some influence on regional situation, world economic and international relations.
