钙粘蛋白与膀胱癌
摘要
膀胱癌在我国是泌尿系最常见的肿瘤，上皮钙粘蛋白是介导同型细胞间粘附的重要分子，参与了肿瘤的发生、发展及转移。有关钙粘蛋白与膀胱癌的关系，目前的研究已取得一定进展，但仍处于摸索探讨阶段。本文就钙粘蛋白及其基因启动子区甲基化与膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期及预后判断关系的研究进展作一综述。
