摘要
走校企合作之路,是应用型本科教育发展的必然趋势。本文通过西安邮电学院开展校企合作,在与企业对接应用型人才培养方面寻求突破,结合培养应用型人才的实践与探索,提出在目前条件下信息类本科院校,形成以市场为导向,以就业为目标,建立以学科基础、专业技术和素质教育相结合的应用型人才培养模式的可能实现方式。
To select the way of the cooperation between schools and enterprises for the application- type undergraduate education development is an inevitable trend. This article carries out the cooperation with the Xi＇an University of Post and Telecommunications, to seek the breach for the Application- oriented Talent Training combined with practice and the exploration, and proposes that under the present condition, the information class undergraduate universities should form market - oriented, employment - targeted training mode for application -oriented talents, which combines scientific foundation, professional technology and diathesis education.
