摘要
主要研究组合式空调机组的温、湿度控制,通过传感器检测环境的温度、湿度信息,并通过模数转换器(A/D)将模拟信号转换为数字信号,将这些数字信号输入可编程控制器PLC,与设定值相比较得到偏差值,PLC根据偏差值调节空调机组中的加热阀、加湿阀和表冷阀的开度大小,从而达到系统恒温恒湿的控制目的。
The temnpemture and humidity of the air condition units is studied mainly in tins paper. Tne mIormatton oi me temperature and humidity is detected by sensor and transformed into digital information by A/D. The digital information is imported into PLC and compared with the given information, and the result is used to control the open size of the heater valve, moistening valve and instrument freezing valve so as to reach the purpose of constant temperature and constant humidity.
