摘要
用4个不育系与5个恢复系组成4×5不完全双列杂交作产量配合力分析,分析结果宜香1A一般配合力效应值为0.3756,极显著优于Ⅱ-32A和汕A。采用BC Sood介绍的水稻香味快速测定法,对水稻不育系宜香1A的香味遗传进行研究,其香味由1对隐性主基因控制,是一个选育香型杂交稻的理想不育系。以不育系Ⅱ-32A和冈46A为对照,对宜香1A开花后的柱头活力进行分析研究,其变化规律与Ⅱ-32A相当,即都是开花后第4天柱头授粉结实能力最强,第6或7天柱头活力几乎完全丧失,而冈46A开花后3~4 d柱头授粉结实能力最强,第5天柱头活力几乎完全丧失。
Yixiang 1A's yield combination ability analysis was made by in complete dual crossing with 4 CMS lines and 5 restorer lines. Yixiang 1A's general combination ability effect value was 0. 3756 and it was prior to H -32A and San A's. Though the rapid technique for scent determination revealed by B C Sood (1978) ,Yixiang 1A's scent was controlled by one pair recessive main gene and it was a good cytoplasmic male sterile line in selecting scent rice. Then we studied on stigma vigor for CMS line of Yixiang 1A under the control of CMS lines of Ⅱ -32A and Gang 46A. Results indicated that Yixiang 1A had the same rule as Ⅱ -32A in stigma vigor,that's to say, both Yixiang 1A and Ⅱ-32A existed the strongest ability of accepting pollen and boring seeds on 4^th day after flowering and their stigmas had little vigor on 6^th or 7^th day after flowering. Gang46A only existed the strongest ability of accepting pollen and boring seeds on 3^th or 4^th day after flowering and their stigmas had little vigor on 5^th after flowering.
