摘要 二氧化钛纳米晶薄膜优异的性能使其成为研究焦点,低温制备二氧化钛纳米晶薄膜有着重要的现实意义。因此,探索低成本高效低温制备技术,不仅可以降低成本,而且还可以拓展此类薄膜在耐热性较差的高分子材料领域的应用。总结了近几年低温制备方法的研究进展,客观地评价了各种制备方法的优缺点,并简要评述了对其产业化进程。 The titanium dioxide nanocrystal thin film has been the focus of research due to its excellent properties. Preparing this film at low temperature is of great significance. Furthermore, the investigation of the preparation technology with low cost not only reduces the cost, but also extends the application field in the poor thermal resistant polymer. In this review, the investigation of low temperature preparation methods of titanium dioxide nanocrystal films in recent year is summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are also evaluated. In addition, the development of industrialization about these methods is introduced.
