摘要
目的调查广西HIV感染者中结核病(TB)患病率以及结核病患者中HIV感染检出率。方法对61例HIV感染者及580例结核病患者进行双重感染检出率及其影响因素的问卷调查,并查看病例。结果61例HIV感染者中结核病患病率为11.5%(肺结核为8.2%,肺外结核为3.5%),580例结核病患者HIV感染检出率为2.8%。结论HIV感染者发生结核病的机率高;结核病患者中HIV感染检出率高于一般人群,应在两类人群中加强艾滋病和结核病相关知识的宣传教育。
Objective To survey the status of co - infection in HIV positives and tuberculosis patients, Methods There 61 HIV positives and 580 TB patients were surveyed and the status of co - infection in these patients were detected and analyzed, Results The detection rate of TB in 61 HIV positives was 11.5 % and the that of HIV infection rate in 580 TB patients was 2.8 %. Conclusion The co - infection rate of TB patients with HIV is high and the rate of HIV infection in TB patients is higher than that of general population. Thus effective preventive measures be taken.
