系统性红斑狼疮合并急性细菌性脑膜炎10例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者长期接受大剂量糖皮质激素或联用免疫抑制剂治疗时，易并发感染。急性细菌性脑膜炎是SLE较少见但严重的并发症。本文总结了1994年1月至2005年6月收治的10例SLE合并急性细菌性脑膜炎患者的临床特点和治疗转归，报告如下。
