摘要
数字图书馆与知识产权各有其特点,这必然导致在数字图书馆建设过程中它们在作品数字化、数据库开发、信息服务等问题上的背离。如何实现它们从背离到相容,将是今后数字图书馆研究的主要内容之一。
Their features of digital libraries and intellectual property fights inevitably lead to the unconformity of works digitalization, database development and information service and intellectual property protection. So, how to conform the digital library development to intellectual property fights is one of the main contents in the development of the digital libraries.
