摘要
[目的]观察妇科手术后两种不同的拔尿管方法对尿潴留的影响。[方法]将102例病人随机分成改良组和常规组，分析比较两组病人拔除尿管后排尿成功率及尿道刺激症状。[结果]两组病人拔除尿管后排尿情况有显著差异，改良组尿潴留发生率明显低于常规组。[结论]改良后拔尿管的方法能有效预防尿潴留发生。
Objective： To observe the influence of two different ways of extracting urinary canal on urine retention for patients after undergoing gynecological operation. Method： A total of 102 patients were divided into modified group and routine group randomly. Both the achievement ratio of micturition and urethral stimulation symptoms of all the two group cases were analyzed and compared. Results： There was significant difference in terms of micturition after extracting urinary canal between the two groups cases. And the incidence of urine retention of patients in modified group was remarkably lower than that of routine group cases. Conclusion： Modified method of extracting urinary canal can effectively prevent the occurrence of urine retention for patients after undergoing gynecological operation.
