PVC-U异型材门窗焊接工艺的探讨

Investigation on the welding technology for PVC-U profile doors & windows

摘要 采用四因素三水平正交试验考察了影响PVC—U异型材门窗焊接强度的关键因素(焊接温度、熔融时间、焊接时间、焊接压力等)。结果表明:①影响PVC—U异型材门窗焊角强度的最主要因素是熔融时间,之后依次是焊接时间、焊接压力、焊接温度;②适宜的工艺条件为;焊接温度245-255℃、熔融时间30s左右、焊接时间30s左右、焊接压力0.4MPa左右。 Orthogonal experiments with three levels and four factors were conducted to investigate the key factors(such as welding temperature,mclting time,wclding time,welding prcssurc and etc. ) influencing the wclding strcngth of PVC - U profilc doors & windows. Thc rcsults showed that: (1)the factors influencing the welding strength of PVC - U profilc doors & windows was melting time, welding timc, welding prcssure and wclding tempcrturc in order of importancc; (2) the suitable process conditions were that the welding temperature was 245 -255 ℃, melting time was 30 seconds, welding time was 30 seconds and wclding pressurc was 0.4 MPa.
