摘要
采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件的显式求解功能对厚度分别为4 mm、5 mm、6mm、7 mm、8mm的板料进行有限元弹塑性分析,得到板料成型过程中厚度因素对轧件应力、应变的影响规律。接着利用ANSYS的隐式求解功能分析厚度因素对板料回弹的影响规律,并将回弹量的模拟数值与工作现场的回弹数值进行比较,表明计算结果具有一定的可信度。
The effects of the plate thickness on the cold bend forming process as well as its spring-back process have been analyzed by explicit dynamic ANSYS/LS-DYNA's Finite Element Method (FEM) and ANSYS's implicit FEM respectively. The influential laws of the plate thickness on the stress and strain of the rolling stock swell as the law of spring-back in the process of cold bend forming have been found out. By comparing the spring-back value obtained in the simulation with the actual measured value it's justified that the former is essentially in agreement with the latter.
