摘要
研究了挤压铸造法制备的3Al2O3·2SiO2f/Al-Si复合材料的干滑动磨损特性。利用SEM和EDS分析了复合材料磨面、磨屑、磨损亚表层及其磨损机制。结果表明:复合材料磨面、磨屑的微观分析是揭示磨损机理的重要途径。随外加载荷增大,磨损体积增加,复合材料磨损机制由氧化磨损、磨粒磨损向粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和层离剥落转化。
Wear properties of 3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2f /Al-Si composites fabricated by squeeze casting on the dry sliding friction were studied. Wear surface, debris, subsurface and wear mechanism of composites were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The results show that wear surface and debris are an important way that indicats wear mechanism. With applied load increasing, wear mechanisms of composites transform from oxidation and abrasion into adhesion, abrasion and delamination.
