摘要
设计6种育苗基质进行锦鸡儿育苗试验,对不同基质间的苗高、主根长、侧根数和总鲜重的差异进行了调查和分析,认为70%耕作土+20%森林土+10%河沙为最佳培育基质,并指出培育灌木容器苗应以侧根数作为质量指标。
Six media were tested for raising container seedlings of Caragana opulens, the differences in seedling height, taproot length, number of lateral roots and the longest lateral roots in different media were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the best medium was 70 % farming soil ＋ 20 % forest soil ＋ 10 % sand. The number of lateral roots should be regarded as the quality index for raising shrub container seedlings.
