摘要
目的:通过对医院抗消化性溃疡药物使用情况的分析,旨在为临床合理使用抗消化性溃疡药物提供数据参考。方法:对2002年-2005年医院抗消化性溃疡药物的应用品种、用药金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果:4年中频度排序和金额排序前10位的药品基本类同,个别品种的异军突起,正体现了此类药物的创新、发展趋势。结论:我院抗消化性溃疡药物的临床应用较为合理,传统的抗消化性溃疡药物在临床发挥了重要作用,随着医学的发展和患者对生活和生存质量的不断提高,开发长效、高效、不良反应小的抗消化性溃疡药物已势在必行。
Objective ：To investigate and analyze the utilization status of anti-digest ulcer drugs in a hospital in order to provide rational use of drugs. Methods：The anti-digest ulcer used in hospital from 2002 to 2004 were statistically analyzed inrespiect to their kinds ,consumption costs and DDDs,etc. Results：The top 10 drugs were almost the same whether they were evaluated by DDDs or the finance data. Use of single drugs uddenly rised in dicated the innovation and development trend of this kind of drug. Conclusion ：Clinical application of ulcer-healing drugs was rational in our hospital. Traditional ulcer-healing drugs plays an important role in clinics. With the development of medicine and the improvement of life quality of patients ,is was imperative to explore long-lasting and more efficient ulcer-healing drugs with minimal adverse effects.
