The Diffusion Behavior of Nitrogen in H13 Steel

摘要 对H13钢(4Cr5MoSiV1)在不同温度下进行辉光离子渗氮试验,对渗氮后试样的硬度与渗氮前后试样的质量进行了测量。计算出氮在其中的扩散激活能为131.48 kJ/mol,793 K时氮在其中的扩散系数为2.34×10^(-12)m^2/s。 Specimens of H13 steel (4Cr5MoSiV1) were glow plasma nitrided at diferent temperature. The Microhardness of the nitrided layers was measured. The mass of non-nitrided and nitrided Specimens was also detected. The activation energy for nitriding is 131.48 kJ/mol for corresponding specimen on the basis of ε^n =Ko·e^-Q/RTτ. The diffusion coefficient is 2. 34×10^-12 m^2/s at 793 K by Fick's first law.
