摘要
                
                    通过对洪水灾害损失评估发展现状的调查,分析了现有评估方法存在的问题.通过分层调查统计和分析计算的办法得出多维的洪水灾害损失数据,并利用遗传程序设计实现自动建模.在建模的过程中不但系统地考虑了洪水过程对洪水灾害评估的影响,还考虑到季节、预警时间等因素的影响,并且通过前期数据处理方式考虑了洪泛区的避险条件和抗洪抢险措施对洪水灾害评估的影响,从而能够大大提高评估的精度.
                
                Based on investigating the development of the assessment of flood damage loss, the problems of the current assessment methods are analyzed. By the way of investigating and counting the data by layers and analyzing, it can get the multidimensional data of flood damage loss. The authors apply genetic programming to carry out the automatic modeling. In the course of the modeling, it not only takes into account the flood process influence, but also considers the impact of seasons, warning time and other factors. Moreover, it takes into account the influence of the condition of evading the flood and the measures of fighting the flood by the way of preceding data processing.
