摘要
对吉林省和外地收集的野生大豆进行生物学特性调查,并对其成分进行分析.结果表明:1)大部分吉林野生大豆的花色为紫色,外来野生大豆的花色为白色;2)吉林野生大豆的种子有泥膜、无光泽,平均百粒重为2.06 g,属典型的野生大豆;而外来野生大豆的种子无泥膜、有光泽,平均百粒重为5.45 g,属半野生大豆;3)吉林野生大豆种子的蛋白质平均含量为45.75%,高于外来野生大豆的平均含量44.63%;4)吉林野生大豆种子的油分平均含量为19.72%,低于外来野生大豆的平均含量20.59%.
We investigated the biological traits and analysised their chemical components of wild soybeans from Jilin and other place. The results showed that : the most folwer was Purple from Jilin, while the flower was white from other place; the seeds of wild soybean from Jilin had putty membrane ,no gloss, the average 100 grains weight was 2106 g, they belong to typical wild soybean; but the seeds from other place had no putty membrane , have gloss , the average 100 grains weight was 5.45 g, they belong to semi - wild soybean ; the average component of protein of wild soybean seeds was 45.75 %, it was higher than the 44.63 % from other place; the average component of fat of wild soybean seeds was 19.72 %, it was lower than the 20.59 % from other place.
