摘要
碾压混凝土坝(RCCD)以温控措施相对简单和快速连续施工为其显著特点,但大量的工程实践表明,RCCD上时有温度裂缝出现,成为制约RCCD进一步发展的瓶颈问题之一。作者对某碾压混凝土坝在高温季节连续施工做了仿真计算,结果表明,若采用自然浇筑温度,在坝内埋设冷却水管,早期坝面进行保温的温控措施,能够将温度应力控制在允许应力范围内。表明这种温控措施具有一定的工程应用前景。
RCCD has the prominent character of its simple application to thermal control and its fast continuous construction. However, many practices show that thermal cracks often come into being on it, and it has been one of the critical problems of RCCD's further development. This paper is mainly about the numerically simulative calculation of one RCCD constructed in hot seasons. The calculation shows that, if the nature temperature is taken as placing temperature, cooling pipes and superficial thermal insulation are used by the construction, the thermal stresses can be controlled in a permitted range. The results make clear that the concept and the procedure are of great use in practice.
