摘要
目的对复方红花滴丸的制备工艺进行考察。方法采用正交实验法研究成型的最佳工艺条件。结果以PEG6000作为基质,液体石蜡为冷却剂,药物与辅料以1∶5配比,料温70℃,滴口内外径1.2/1.3(内/外,mm/mm),滴距100 mm,滴速20滴/m in,梯度冷却为最佳制备条件。结论该工艺可为复方红花滴丸的制备提供实验依据。
Objective To study the preparation technology of Compound Safflower Dropping Pills. Methods Orthogonal test was applied to optimize the preparation of Compound Safflower Dropping Pills. Results The optimized project was as follow: the matrix contained PEG6000;the refrigerant was liquid paraffir,the rate of the drug to maxtrix was l: 5 and the temperature of the drug was 70℃, The internal and external diameter of burette was 1. 2mm and 1.3mm,respectively, the burette was lOOmm above the surface of refrigerant, and the drug was dropped into Gradient cooling refrigerant at 20 drops per minute. Conclusion The results provide the data for the ascertainment of shaping operation of Compound Safflower Dropping Pills at the manufacturing scale.
