摘要 目的分析鹤虱风挥发油成分。方法采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油进行鉴定。结果挥发油中含有70个化合物,鉴定出52个。结论鹤虱风挥发油中萜烯类及其含氧衍生物占较大比例,主要有β-丁香烯、大根香叶烯-D、α-细辛脑、α-律草烯和δ-榄香烯等。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of essential oil from Daucus carota L. from Guizhou Province. Methods The essential oil from Dautcus carota L. was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction( SED), then separated and analysed by GC - MS. Results 70 compounds were separated, and 52 of them were identified, the identified components make up 88.11% of all the volatile oil. Conclusion Terpenes and their oxoderivatlves are the major chemical constituents in the oil, including β - caryophyllene, germacrene D, α- asarone, α - humulene and δ - elemene.
